Cross country

Has your school had cross country? well Pt England had cross country it is a race to support your house color. I came 1st out of about 20 to 40 kids in the year 6 boy’s. When our  clapped these two wood’s together it made a loud sound  raced like a lion trying to get it’s prey.

The house colour’s are Takitumu for yellow and Tainui for blue and Te Arawa for red and Mataatua for green. And I was in the blue team which is Tainui

I felt very happy with cross country. I tried my best at it that is my record this year

Character Description

Walt: skim and scan to find information This story is a grasshopper that takes a day off and does not help the ants and bees lazy the whole summer. And so what the ants did they prepared for winter. The grass hoper knock on the ants door and said let me in let me in so what grasshopper did was I'll make music for you.

Trade fair

WALT:add one main idea per paragraph

This term we are learning about Trade and Enterprise. Our learning is about creating and selling a product that we have 

designed and made. We were broken up to 6 different business groups to learn about what it takes to become a business man or woman. 

As part of our terms topic we had a trade fair. A trade fair is when you show your projects and take orders. We're showing our badges it felt good when people came to us because we were we felt like victory with people coming to us.

For the trade fair my friends and I have created a business called cool custom badges. how we are going to make badges is get a pieces of paper and laminated it and that's it 

And we should make heap's of money for the real market day with PT and Pieces
