how our body grow

Have you been in the life Education Caravan? well class 9 went to the caravan. our teacher’s name was lynn. as we got started we learned about the five thing’s that are good for your body.

Five things to keep our bodies healthy is a good rest for eight hours.            the second good thing our  body needs is drinking water. if you're younger you should drink five to six cups of water every day. or if you're older then you should drink more than 8 cups. and eating food. food is important because we can grow.  Exercise keeps you fit and strong.

I felt about the life  Education caravan it was staning.
